Along with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other researched-backed mindfulness based programs, I offer various workshops, classes, lectures, conferences, and one-on-one coaching sessions. These are all designed to improve your health, reduce stress, pain, and suffering, boost productivity, and increase the quality of your life. Along with Mindfulness as nonjudgemental present moment awareness, these workshops and programs aim to cultivate Compassion and Sanity. My offerings are suitable for all levels of experience, whether new to Mindfulness or more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. All are welcome.
